There are actually just 3 major types of car loan in Iloilo. The first one is when you want to buy a new car. The second one is when you want to buy a second hand or used car and the third one is when you want to use the OR CR to pawn your car in exchange for cash loan to a private lending company or a bank. The same works for other provinces all over the Philippines.
